Salary Range: $17.60 - $18.00/hourly

About The Current Open Role

RoyFoss Thornhill is seeking an experienced and professional Part Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role. This individual is passionate, professional, has a positive & outgoing attitude, and shares our obsession with customer service. If this sounds like you, come join our team!

What We're Looking For 

·       Strong track record of greeting each and every guest that enters our drive thru while provide exceptional customer service during the guests visits to drive customer loyalty.

·       Ambitious, willing to go the extra mile and room for advancement within the dealership

·       Above average happy smiling disposition (even if you cannot see under a mask)

·       Engage walk in guests promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome.

·       Problem solver – what is plan B when things get backed up or things do not work as scheduled.

·       You must have empathy for the customer and be able to show them you care and put them at ease

·       Committed and Passionate about customer service excellence and daily commitment to CSI with wiping down all vehicle touch points (steering wheel, door handle, shifter armrests and keys)

·       Cash out/invoice guests and their vehicles

·       Must be able to multi task in a fast pace environment

·       You must thrive in a family environment.
