About
the Current Open Role
We
are seeking a highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and proactive Operations
Administrator – Insurance & Accident Management to join our team. In
this role, you will manage insurance renewals and support accident management
activities by collaborating with internal teams, brokers, and vendors. The
ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, takes initiative, works
independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where
accuracy, accountability, and meeting deadlines are essential.
This
position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence 2 to
3 days per week at our Markham office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate insurance renewals with
brokers, internal teams and insurers.
- Review certificate of insurance,
identify discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate insurance
records and perform regular data audits.
- Support accident management
activities, including claim tracking and communication with adjusters,
vendors, and repair facilities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and
provide exceptional customer service to internal and external
stakeholders.
- Prioritize competing tasks and
consistently meet service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines in a
high-volume environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve
processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Post-secondary education in
Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Experience in insurance
administration, renewals, accident management, or a related administrative
role.
- Knowledge of automotive
insurance, fleet insurance, and claims processes is a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail
and accuracy.
- Strong administrative,
organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage competing
priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and
able to work independently.
- Strong communication, customer
service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Salesforce or CRM experience is an asset.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and
committed to continuous improvement.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
