Salary Range: $50,000 - $58,000/yearly
About The Current Open Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic,
professional and customer focused Client Service Representative to become a
member of our team in our Calgary, AB office.
What We're Looking For
· Day to day support to customers
providing guidance and solutions to their inquiries by phone or email at a
timely manner
·
Prepare
selector quotes, new vehicle orders and various reports
·
Manage
and track individual as well as team assigned cases using Salesforce within
predetermined OLA’s
·
Update
and maintain internal databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy
·
Pro-actively
assist Account Managers with shared accounts portfolio with the transition of
accounts when appropriate
·
Assist
clients with strategic planning to evaluate fleet needs and provide best
solutions
·
Conduct
client meetings, training sessions and other client requests as required
·
Identify
inefficiencies and suggest and implement fleet cost cutting measures
·
Complete
client and prospect specific projects
·
Provide
back-up support to the Client Services Team
·
Learn
products and services and undertake internal development and training
·
Follow
company defined policies and procedures
· Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in a
similar customer relations position
· Ability to multi-task with accuracy
· Knowledge of a CRM tool such as Sales
Force would be an asset
· Ability to prioritize requests and
deadlines
· Strong analytical skills
· Professional phone manners
· Proficient in MS Office Suite;
advanced in Excel
· Passion to stay busy and eager to do
whatever it takes to get the job done
· Strong written and oral communication
skills
· Positive energy and enthusiasm every
day
· Previous experience and familiarity
with automotive leasing is an asset
· Bilingual in English and French
preferred
