Salary Range: Base +
Commission - OTE $60,000 - 110,000/yearly
About The Current Open Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and
driven Commercial Fleet Executive to join our Sales team in Calgary Alberta.

opportunity for you! This is a hybrid position, and we are seeking a strong
candidate based in Calgary, Alberta that wants to come into the office 2-3 days
a week and be part of our growing team and contribute to our great culture.
What We're Looking For

Actively
prospect and engage with new businesses, leveraging best practices to meet or
exceed sales targets.
·
Develop
and execute strategies to drive growth in fleet vehicle leasing and Fleet
Management Services.
·
Manage
warm leads from initial discovery through to closing.
·
Prepare
and deliver customized presentations to address potential client needs.
·
Research
and analyze your territory’s sales potential to identify new opportunities.
·
Build
rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with key account
stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.

Maintain
a robust pipeline focused primarily on medium-sized enterprises.
·
Track
and manage activities using CRM software.
·
Lead
prospects through the contract negotiation process and manage handoff to an
account manager, including setup, activation, and training on our fleet
management portal.
What You'll Bring
- University degree (an asset).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales (bonus
points for experience in fleet or the oil & gas industry)
- Proven experience engaging C-suite executives and
managing long sales cycles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and
relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
platforms.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented team
player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to customer service excellence, both
for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in fleet sales (an asset).
