Salary Range: Base + Commission - OTE $75,000.00
- $100,000.00/yearly
About The Current Open Role
Roy Foss Chevrolet, Woodbridge is seeking an
experienced Service Advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience. The
ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in this role. This
individual is passionate, professional, has a positive attitude, and shares our
obsession with customer service. If this sounds like you, come join our team!
What We're Looking For
- Handle client service appointments.
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds.
- Write client repair orders and assist with diagnosing
service issues.
- Present maintenance schedule recommendations.
- Prepare time and price estimates for service and
parts.
- Keep in constant contact with clients, updating them
via phone, email and chat.
- Process client payments.
- Schedule future service appointments.
- Support with service and parts initiatives and
processes as required.
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine
maintenance.
- Confers with customers about inspection results,
recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed
repairs.
- Explains the work performed and the repair order
charges to the customer.
- Establishes “promised time.” Checks with Tower
Operator, if necessary.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2- 3 years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Automotive dealership or similar experience a definite
asset.
- Previous experience with Chrysler is an asset.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong work ethic and hustle to make it happen on a
daily basis.
- Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to
create an extraordinary customer experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and customer oriented.
- Great in-person and phone customer service skills.
- Reynolds & Reynolds (DMS) experience an asset
