About The
Current Open Role
We are
looking for a high-energy, process-driven Automotive Sales Trainer to act as
the architect of the "Roy Foss Way." You won't just be teaching
people how to sell; you will be capturing the DNA of our successful operations
and codifying them into a scalable, repeatable Sales Playbook.
This role is
50% strategy (documentation and process design) and 50% execution (on-the-floor
training and coaching). You will be the bridge between our legacy of excellence
and our future growth across three locations.
What
We're Looking For
- Work
with leadership to audit, refine, and document the end-to-end retail sales
process—from initial lead capture to final delivery.
- Specifically
document the unique B2B and commercial leasing workflows, creating a
specialized playbook for our leasing division.
- Regularly
update documentation to reflect changes in digital retailing, CRM tools,
and market shifts.
- Lead
the "Bootcamp" for all incoming sales consultants, ensuring they
hit the floor with a deep understanding of our culture and sales
mechanics.
- Conduct
ongoing workshops for seasoned staff to sharpen closing techniques,
product knowledge, and F&I integration.
- Rotate
between our three locations to ensure process consistency and "Roy
Foss" brand standards are met everywhere.
- Spend
time on the showroom floor observing real-time interactions and providing
immediate, constructive feedback.
- Train
staff on high-level CRM hygiene, ensuring every lead is nurtured according
to the playbook's cadence.
- Facilitate
regular "game-tape" reviews and role-playing scenarios to
handle objections and improve conversion rates.
What
You'll Bring
·
5+
years of experience in automotive sales or sales management. You must
"speak dealer" fluently.
·
Proven
experience in curriculum design or corporate training. You know how to make
information stick.
·
Exceptional
ability to document complex processes into simple, easy-to-follow manuals and
visual guides.
·
A
solid grasp of leasing structures, particularly in the commercial/national
space, is a significant asset.
·
Expert-level
proficiency with Automotive CRMs (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket,
or PBS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
What We
Offer:
·
Competitive
compensation and benefits package.
·
Employee
team building and social events.
·
Learning
and development programs for all team members.
·
Growth
potential within our organization.
